September 12th, Ambassador Cui Zhiwei had a protocol meeting with President of Macedonian Assembly Mr. Trajko Veljanoski.

Mr. Veljanoski welcomed Ambassador Cui's assumption of post and stated that Macedonia emphasized relations with China, regarded China as one of most important partners, and Macedonian Assembly and himself would be willing to help and support Ambassador Cui's work.

Ambassador Cui conveyed the warmest greetings and best wishes from Mr. Wu Bangguo, Chairman of the Standing Committee of NPC of China, to H.E. Mr. Trajko Veljanoski, emphasizing that he would make efforts to contribute to the friendship and cooperation of two countries.

Both sides also exchanged ideas on exchanges and cooperation between NPC China and Assembly of Macedonia.
