On May 20, 2026, H.E. Mme. Ambassador Jiang Xiaoyan visited the Municipality of Vinica and met with Mayor Mitko Kostadinovski. They exchanged views on strengthening local-level exchanges and expanding cooperation in such fields as tourism, education and people's livelihood.

Ambassador Jiang gave a debrief on the recent training program in cooperation with Energy Regulatory Commission of North Macedonia, stressing that the China stands ready to share its experience in urban management with Vinica to better benefit its residents.

Ambassador Jiang also visited Vinica City Museum of terracotta icons, Slavco Stojmenski Elementary School, and newly opened farmers' market and talked to entrepreneurs.
