On February 14, 2026, at the invitation of Mr. Mitko Janchev, Mayor of Kavadarci, H.E. Ambassador Jiang Xiaoyan joined Minister of Agriculture, Minister of Culture and Tourism, Minister of Public Administration in attending the St. Trifun Holiday.  

St. Trifun’s Day is an important traditional celebration in the Balkan region. On this day, people in major wine-producing areas hold pruning ceremonies, marking the beginning of agricultural activities in the new year and praying for a good year for grapes.
