The interests of China and ASEAN countries are closely intertwined. Noting that Indonesia is this year's rotating chairmanship of ASEAN, Qin Gang hopes that Indonesia will give full play to its advantages and promote greater solidarity and coordination among regional countries. China is ready to work with Indonesia to jointly uphold ASEAN centrality, steer East Asia cooperation in the right direction, and safeguard regional peace, stability, development and prosperity.
