On April 9, 2025, Mr. Xu Lei, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of China in North Macedonia delivered a speech at the closing ceremony of the Balkan Regional Seminar “A Dialogue For Unity and Peace: Remembering the Past, Shaping the Future”. About 100 guests attended, including former political leaders of North Macedonia and some other Balkan countries, experts, scholars, and youth leaders.
