1. Please check the visa requirement or visa-free arrangements by visiting the website of Macao SAR Public Security Police Force at http://www.fsm.gov.mo/psp/eng/EDoN.html.

2. Apart from diplomatic passport holders, other citizens of Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Viet Nam should apply for a visa at Chinese diplomatic or consular missions abroad before entering Macao SAR.

3. Application Procedures 

You may come to our embassy during working hours to process the following materials according to the documents required.

4. Documents Required

4.1 Original passport with over 6 months’ validity and blank visa pages, and a photocopy of the passport’s information page

4.2 The application form for a visa for Macao SAR that has been filled out in a truthful, complete, and accurate manner

4.3 One 2-inch, recently-taken, full face, and bare-headed color photo

5. Processing Time and Fees

5.1 Visas to be processed and issued by the Chinese embassy:

Regular service: 4 working days, 1800 denars.

Express service: 2-3 working days, an additional fee of 1260 denars per visa will be charged

5.2 For visa applications that need to be referred to the Macao SAR Public Security Police Force, it normally takes 3 weeks. In addition to the visa fee, an extra 1200 denars will be charged when submitting the application for the communication service.
