The Chinese side hopes and believes that after Michelle Bachelet takes office, she will lead the Office of UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in fulfilling its missions in an unbiased, objective and non-selective manner, promoting citizens' political rights, economic, social and cultural rights and development rights in a balanced way and further improving global human rights governance.
