"As regards the mutual cooperation, the possible projects in the field of energy, the railway infrastructure, the industry and tourism were discussed. On its part, Macedonia welcomed the intention of the People's Republic of China to allocate financial assistance to the crisis­-hit regions that generate a growing number of refugees headed to Europe and to meet the needs of the countries tackling the inflow of migrants, in particular those along the Balkan route," read the press release.

Furthermore, the foreign ministers expressed their content with the cooperation between the two countries at a multilateral and at cultural level, it added.
