Something very specific may arise from Summit in Belgrade. We are witnesses that after the first and second Summit that we have build two highways supported by PRC, said Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski after working meeting of 16 plus one in Belgrade, MIA reports.

- We first came out with the initiative after it was announced in Warsaw that China would provide $ 10 billion for Eastern and Central Europe. In less than two weeks we come out with projects at the second meeting with Chinese Premier in China, we first got support and it is already being built in Macedonia, Gruevski said.

He said that the Summit provides good possibilities, good contacts are made and to talk about projects and what is realized.

- It is obvious that the line from Athens to Budapest is priority for the Chinese side, the implementation requires cooperation with all countries on this route – Hungary, Serbia, Greece and Macedonia. We are ready to cooperate and assume that at tomorrow's meeting we will discuss the details of how to perform the entire operation, time limits and conditions, Gruevski said. The announcement of Chinese Premier Li Kechijang for increasing the number of countries from Central and Eastern Europe for another three billion dollars, was assessed as great opportunity.

- Three billion will give new impulse, except lending, it will provide Chinese companies with possibility to enter with concessions, and that means with investments in project, which one period will exploit and then leave the country, said Gruevski.

He pointed that the state will have many benefits because it will engage the construction business, and you get a job and all other related activities.

- Such projects will have benefit in the short, medium, and long term. I would say that is more useful than financing through soft loans, which are also very good with lower interest rates than the market, which practically have grant element, Gruevski said.
